Shopping with CEMAFUND
These terms apply to purchases and use of cemafund.com, the online store operated by NAILA QUILOP BELEN under the name CEMAFUND. We are an independently operated jewelry boutique serving customers in the United States. By placing an order, you confirm that you can enter into the transaction and that the contact, delivery, and payment details you provide are accurate.
Product information and available options
Read the description and selected options before ordering, including the stated metal, stone information, dimensions, size, quantity, and closure where provided. Photographs show the design but do not establish its scale; appearance can vary with lighting and your screen. A product's description and the options selected at checkout form part of your order.
Brand names identify the products offered. Their use does not imply that CEMAFUND is the brand owner, manufacturer, or an authorized representative. We do not promise personalization, alterations, a manufacturer warranty, or an additional service unless it is expressly offered for that item.
Prices, payment, and order confirmation
Prices are in US dollars. The amount due, including the $4.95 per-order shipping charge and any applicable tax, is displayed at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices may change for future orders; an accepted order is not repriced without your agreement.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing or price error affects your order, we will contact you with the correct information and your options. We will not substitute an item or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will cancel and refund the relevant payment.
Shipping, cancellation, and returns
Orders ship from the United States. Allow 1–3 business days for processing and 8–14 business days for transit, for an estimated total of 9–17 business days. See our Shipping policy for details, including our procedure if dispatch is delayed.
Our Return & refund policy provides a 30-day return request window after delivery. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer, and there is no restocking fee. Rights relating to wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed goods are preserved.
Using the website
Do not use the site to commit fraud, interfere with its security, submit malicious code, or misuse another person's information. Store text, photographs, designs, and third-party marks remain subject to their owners' rights. Product purchases do not transfer intellectual property rights.
External links and tracking or map services may be provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services. CEMAFUND remains your point of contact for assistance with an order placed here.
Privacy and changes to these terms
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms presented when you placed an order continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
Your rights and getting help
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can work toward a resolution.
