30-day returns
You may request a return for any reason within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. Email support@cemafund.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Contacting us within the 30-day window records your request even if we reply later.
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with any tags, accessories, and packaging supplied with it. You may inspect the item as you reasonably would before deciding whether to keep it. These conditions do not limit your rights if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Return shipping and fees
You pay return shipping for a change-of-mind return, including a size or style preference. There is no restocking fee. The original $4.95 shipping charge is not refunded for a change-of-mind return, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us. We will cover reasonable return shipping and arrange a refund or another resolution agreed with you. Please send photographs if available; we will help you even if a photograph cannot show the problem.

Include your order number so we can identify the return. We recommend keeping your postage receipt and using a trackable service.
Refunds
We will inspect your return and notify you of its outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. If a refund has not appeared after that period, contact us and we will check its status.
For a wrong, damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed item, the refund includes the item's price and applicable tax, together with the original shipping charge attributable to that return and any reasonable return postage you paid with our agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we refund the full amount paid for that order, including shipping.
Exchanges and cancellations
For another size or style, contact us to discuss a return and a new order. Replacement availability is checked at the time of your request. To cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible; we will confirm whether the order can still be stopped.
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection law.
