Where we ship
CEMAFUND ships orders from the United States to delivery addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable US public holidays. Processing time and transit time are separate. The delivery window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Any applicable tax and the shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order and shipment updates
Use an email address you can access when ordering. We send an order confirmation after checkout and shipment information when your order is dispatched. Once you have a tracking number, visit Track your order. A newly created tracking number may not show movement until the carrier scans the parcel.
Changes and delivery problems
Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct it or cancel an order, email support@cemafund.com promptly with your order number. We will check whether a change is still possible; an order that has already been dispatched may need to follow our return process.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will tell you about the delay, provide a revised dispatch estimate, and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a full refund. We will obtain any consent required by law. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order, including its shipping charge.
If tracking stops updating, a parcel is missing, or your order arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please include your order number and, if available, photographs of damage to the item or packaging. A carrier status alone does not remove your consumer rights.
