Choose how to look up your shipment
The tracking page offers order-number and tracking-number options. Select the option you prefer and enter the information requested there. You can find your tracking number in the shipment notification once your order has been dispatched.
Understanding the timeline
Allow 1–3 business days for processing and 8–14 business days for transit after dispatch, for an estimated total of 9–17 business days. A new tracking number may not show movement until the carrier has scanned the parcel. For full details, read our Shipping policy.
